Living in Hertfordshire means that I get the best of both worlds; there's enough greenery to keep me happy, and I'm conveniently close to town for work and socialising. Obviously driving into London isn't something that I really look forward to, but when needs must it's close enough that I don't have to worry about setting off ridiculously early just in case there's traffic on the M1.
