Workout Regime For Vertical Jump

What do you think, can an individual like us fly in air or not? Most of us will answer no, and yes actually we can't do this for long hours but we can surely fly in air for some minutes by increasing our vertical jumps. And obviously to increase our vertical jump we need to do workouts. But doing workouts doesn't mean to engage you in them for long hours. What it means is to understand your body type and then do the workouts that are essential for your body system properly.
