The trouble with the general stock market, commodities, and even supposedly super safe Treasuries, is that while the usual suspects on Wall Street keep pitching them as buys - the reality is that the underlying fundamentals just won't back up the promises of better days for investors in these vehicles. As much as many of us would like to will it that the markets will just get back to normal and start rebuilding portfolio values - the facts are that they won't and can't.
