For starters, here are some facial body language signs that can help you find out just whats on peoples minds. Reading Face Expressions Tip 1: Eyes to the Right, Head Cocked to the Side. Try to observe people when youre talking to them. When their eyes are raised and seem to be gazing to the right and their head is tilted sideways, it means that theyre thinking of something. This is useful for when you want to know whether the person youre talking to is taking your ideas seriously or not. Reading Face Expressions Tip 2: Lower Lips Tighten When youre in the middle of talking and you notice the persons lower lips tighten, slow down and process what youve just said or are saying. Tightening of lower lips is a signal of tension or discomfort. You may have just offended that person without noticing it. So do your best to remedy the situation and make that person drop the tension in the lower lips. Reading Face Expressions Tip 3: Stiff and Firm Mouth This can also tell you a lot about the person youre talking to. You would do well to lock your eyes in on the persons mouth.
