There really comes a time for anyone of us when we will feel doubtful about a new neighbor. This happens when you get the observation that your neighbor is acting a bit weird and you really just can't believe the person even if he or she tells you some details about his or her past. You really just don't know why but you can't shake off the feeling that this person is doing something bad or maybe even something illegal.
