I just found out that a good friend of mine Mark lost his wife tonight to heart failure. Any good thoughts you can send his way to aid his comfort and strength would be appreciated. His wife and my wife were best of friends before my wife passed, in fact the first time I kissed that girl was sitting in Mark's living room with his wife looking on (she had arranged for us to meet there) and I'm sitting here now bawling my eyes out...
